Who We are

Jervis Bay Sea Sports Pty Ltd grew out of our love of the Ocean and a dream to live and work with the sea. We wanted the small beachside community lifestyle for our family. It is a small family owned company, we managed to get through the 2019 Bushfires, COVID, La Nina, and numerous other business disruptions to get to 2023 EFY. From here it is time to rebuild, our company mission for 2023 - 2024 is to be "Brilliant at the Basics", this means.
  • Achieving the highest standards of quality in terms of product, teaching, safety and services.
  • Our staff are our major asset, we would not be here if it was not for their help, passion and support, so we need to care for them in return.
  • Meeting and exceeding our customers expectations is our goal. If customers dont want to return to us, then we are not succeeding.
We are a Sea Shepherd Dive Centre, the first in Australia. Over the years we have seen the damage that has occured to the Ocean. So we dont sell any fishing gear.

Based in Huskisson, Jervis Bay Sea Sports is on the South Coast of NSW and only 2.5hrs from Sydney and Canberra. we have a diverse marine park environment that can be enjoyed all year round.

We provide multiple activities and gear for most major water sports and we can help you explore Jervis Bay. Paddleboarding around the coast, snorkeling tours, Kayaking and of course Scuba Diving, or even just gear for your sport. We have all your needs covered.

Jervis Bay is an experience not to be missed, with postcard white sandy beaches and deep water not far off shore, we're lucky to have one of the best Marine Parks in the country. With everything you need to get started in your chosen water sport or for that next dive adventure, we're ready to get salty and show you whats in our backyard.

Our Family

Morgan
Director
A Master Scuba Diver Trainer who started diving in 1988. His Teaching Specialities include Full Face Mask, Self Reliant Diver and Deep training. Morgan loves everything about diving except the paperwork.
Cora
Chief of Everything
The most experienced Open Water Diver ever, with multiple specialisations and around a 1000 dives. Cora is our ever smiling boss who keeps us all in line, especially Morgan who hates paperwork.
BRENDON
Our Angel
In 2017, Brendon left us after a long battle with his mental health. He will always be part of our dreams here. Rest easy little buddy, its all good, you dont have to stress anymore.
LUCUS
A Skipper in Training
Lucus is currently in Year 12 and also studing at TAFE to be a Coxswain. Loves diving and working on boats, especially all things mechanical, hates cleaning gear, filling tanks or doing shop work. So probably a skipper then.
Nathan
A DM in Training
Nathan has worked around the shop for years, checking in divers, washing gear, filling tanks and being a general slave to the Dive Masters so he knows what happens to him if he doesnt get into Uni. Slavery will continue.
FAITH
An Instructor in Training
Faith is studing at University and is a few years off graduation. Her aim is to become an instructor by then to really head off and enjoy her gap year before coming home to a career.

Naomi
Retail and Services
Naomi is one of our MARINE BIOLOGISTS who works here. Generally the first person you come across , she looks after the store and makes sure we have stuff to sell. Also an avid and excellent photographer, her passion is Nudies.
Ryan
Operations Manager
One of our Dive Instructors, Ryan missed a staff meeting and was voted to be the Operations Manager. His passion is diving but he doesnt get to do it unless all his other chores are done.
Alan
Assets and Maintenance
Alans job sounds simple, make sure everything works. But when everything involves, boats, cars, trailers, compressors, tanks, dive gear and paddle craft...well it can get more difficult and without him, we would collapse.

Social Media
