Business Closure and Creditor Information
Jervis Bay Sea Sports Pty Ltd has ceased trading and is currently winding down operations following the sale of the Dive Jervis Bay business assets. The company is insolvent and unable to provide services, issue refunds, or honour gift cards. The purchaser acquired the business assets only and did not assume any of the company’s liabilities, including gift cards, refunds, pre‑paid bookings, or customer credits. All the proceeds from the sale were applied to secured creditors with outstanding accounts, in accordance with legal requirements. No funds were distributed to shareholders.
Outstanding customer and creditor claims are classified as unsecured debts. These claims will be formally addressed once the company enters liquidation. At that time, the appointed liquidator will contact all creditors with instructions on how to lodge a Proof of Debt. We understand this situation is frustrating for customers and creditors, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused with the wind‑down of the business.
